This webinar, co-chaired by Alison Kent and Barbara Douglas, will feature insights from sleep expert Dr Neil Stanley. Together they will build upon the information discussed in the Assist RA podcast “Understanding the importance of sleep in RA” and explore how to improve sleep behaviour in the RA patient population. Dr Stanley will lead a workshop on screening and managing sleep disorders, followed by a series of case studies run by Alison Kent and Barbara Douglas. During the panel discussion the faculty will address your submitted questions and discuss good sleep practices.
