Dr Galloway is a clinical lecturer at King's College London and an honorary consultant in rheumatology at King's College Hospital. He runs the biologics assessment service for the rheumatology department and has specialist interests in the areas of inflammatory arthritis and biologic therapy, and also in sarcoidosis. His research group works on areas including pharmacovigilance, health outcomes and quality improvement in the field of rheumatology. Within his role for KCL he works in the CRC accredited King's Clinical Trials Unit which has a large portfolio of investigator led trials. He also runs a phase 1 clinic in collaboration with the BRC facility and the Quintiles MHRA accredited Early Phase clinical trials unit at Guy's Hospital. In addition to research and clinical roles, Dr Galloway is a faculty member of the MBBS undergraduate course in Medicine and has several streams of research aligned to medical education.
